b. Public Service Announcement
c. Short story (video)
d. Word speaks (video)
12. Schedule an appointment to present to Mr. Koczur, Ms. DeWitt in the spring.
Fundamental expectations of presentations:
Class of 2016 Senior Service Seminar
- Research an organization you will commit to serve your 35 hours of senior service
- Get Approval from Mr. Koczur
- Answer: Why this organization?
- What is your personal connection to the organization?
- Commit to the organization by October 2, 2015
- Mr. Koczur reserves the right to limit the number of students serving at a particular organization
- Once committed…there is NO BACKING OUT!
- Serve with joy
- Hours completed by February 14, 2016
- Required attendance and participation in S3 Meetings during Advisory

Fundamental expectations of presentations:
- Address poverty and the problems that lead to the violation of fundamental human rights.
- Define the human rights within the Principles of Catholic Social Teaching
- Identify your organization
- Identify your contribution to both the organization and the people served(Mission Oriented)
- Address the cause of poverty and not just the symptoms of poverty
- Have a plan to share video based advocacy piece with others
- MUST INCLUDE YOUR JOURNEY AND YOUR STORY
